Sunset Grill Owner To Fight State Gun Law

The owner of Nashville’s Sunset Grill, Midtown Cafe and Cabana plans to fight the new state gun law, hands-down.
Randy Rayburn will not stand for having guns in his bars but with the upcoming guns-in-bars law that will take effect later this month, Rayburn might have a showdown on his hands.
Rayburn opposes the new law saying that this will bring more liability for him and other bar and restaurant owners. “They’ve told more fairy tales than the Brothers Grimm,” Rayburn stated.
“Tennessee is the only state that has a law that specifically authorizes gun permit carriers to carry their weapons into establishments that serve 50 percent or more alcohol.”
Which is absolutely correct, we’re the only state that feels like having deadly weapons, I mean besides my hands, in a bar setting. Where do you fall on this issue, Nashville?
