 49-year-old Bruce Levy, Tennessee’s chief medical examiner, has apparently been arrested with felony charges of marijuana possession.

The arrest was made Wednesday in Mississippi after investigators found a package of Mary Jane with his name on it and more weed at his hotel room in central Mississippi where he works as a coroner.

Well, I mean, if you’re working with the dead AND the state of Tennessee, shouldn’t you be allowed a toke or two?
