Nashville Medical Trade Center Pitched

Dallas-based Market Center Management Co., a real estate subsidiary for Crow Holdings, is making a pitch for Nashville to play host to a new Medical Trade Center.
Market Center Management Co. wants to build a 1.5 million-square-foot trade center in downtown Nashville with a starter phase beginning as soon as summer 2010.
There are no specific plans as of yet, and no bids to developers in the works, but if Nashville is the chosen city for the proposed Medical Trade Center, that can only mean good things to our rising unemployment rate.
